The Elmore Law Firm, a Professional  Corporation, was established in 2000 by R. Scott Elmore.  Our firm conducts a general civil practice with an emphasis on banking, business and commercial real estate transactions.  We regularly represent banks in the structuring and documentation of commercial real estate loans, including acquisition and construction loans.  We have assisted clients in all phases of commercial real estate development including the sale, purchase, construction and leasing  of  pharmacies, restaurants, dealerships, marinas, malls, apartment complexes, retail stores, shopping centers, office buildings, condo regimes, co-branded convenience stores and other types of commercial properties.  We have helped many clients form and start their businesses.  We advise and counsel a variety of businesses and health care professionals in their day to day operations.  We strive to provide timely and responsive personal service to all of our clients.
